Scotty
I wanted my disks, pads and fluid changed. I already had all the parts from NelsonA4sline Audi wanted £169 front, £169 rear and £90 for the fluid change. An independant VW/Audi specialist wanted £205 plus the cost of the fluid. Dean drove to my house in Essex (from Dartford) and did the job (with 1 days notice) for £135. I was out but the Mrs says he was a nice guy and very professional. I know a few others on here have used him before but when you get a good job done and save that amount of money, the word should be spread. Dean Hill 4 Rings - Servicing - Repair - Diagnostics 07906 581394 [email protected] p.s. Thanks to whoever posted about him and brought him to my attention. I can't find the post any more though. p.p.s. I don't know why it's called 4rings. He answers his phone much quicker than that!
P_G
Do you think he'll travel to the North East for a job? I can't find a decent independent up here to save my life who will actually do what they say they would and when.

Gren
Just had Dean working on my car for the second time in 2 weeks. First time was variable service, Haldex oil change, cambelt, water pump and thermostat. Second time was a new front ARB. Can thoroughly recommend him to anyone on here. Great prices compared to stealers and the added bonus of not having to drive anywhere, booking courtesy cars etc. They guy really knows his stuff and you get a far better idea of what's going on with your car rather than talking to the service rep behind their desk! I have a problem with a D3 A8 - refer to A8 posts for more detail... I would be very grateful if anyone could shed some light for me. Many thanks Dean
