Just been up to Heathrow and got a stone chip from some b... lorry.

Who does the best chip repairs ?? and how often do you Guys get this pesticlence of travelling, remedied?

Thanks for the advice, have put another in General Cars.

Its sooo b.. tiresome seeing that stone bouncing towards you and can't do a dam thing to avoid it !!!

Yeah, I know. I had to replace a windscreen recently because of this.

Now I try to avoid trucks as much as possible, which is futile of course... It makes one nervous thoug. Esp. since these things often seem to come in series, like it always rains after you've washed your car... You can't help but thinking "Is this only the beginning?"

In one particular Porsche I had to replace the windscreen three times, bought numerous new badges (due to theft), and had to repaint the front a few times (theft/chips). That makes one rather depressed and f'n angry you know...
