dominicwilkinson
well thanx to every1 for being such useless know it all pr*cks, not every1 can afford to buy expensive mod kits and the like, and when someone wants to try something FOR THEMSELVES all you get is abuse. yeah so it is a 1.2 polo, yeah it is a cheap resistor bought off ebay, but i would like to find out for myself if it is going to work and not have some, up his own ass, dickhead take the piss SO IF YOU HAVE NOTHING CONSTRUCTIVE OR HELPFUL TO SAY, DONT SAY F**K ALL
Tobes49
Nice reply, I was only being honest! Ok you fit the reisitor mod to the air temp sensor, This tells the ECU that the air going into the engine is cooler, hence the ECU adds more petrol this give you more power? Wrong! A millisecond later the Lambda probe in the exhaust reports to the ECU the mixture is Rich (too much fuel) and cuts fuelling. The car is back to how it was without the mod. Hence my first post
Nelson_R32
Throw your resister in the bin. If you want a map for your 1.2 you need to go to www.skn-tuning.de
