please help 1.8 tt

hi all i have a audi tt 1.8 and has no power unless you floor it till it red lines

i have so far changed the plugs

crank shalft sensor and lambda sensor but still no change

if you floor the pedal there is nothing there hold it there and it will start to rev up

please any help would be good i can be contacted here or cacebaby@hotmail.com

get someone to vag com it and you could avoid spending out money where it is not neccesary

hi i have vag com and did that the only faul codes that came up are lamda sensor

coolant temp sensor

and crash sensor alarm system

Try running the car with the MAF unplugged to see if there is a problem with it.

Only ?? I would have thought these could cause exactly your symptoms.

Air flow sensor. The ECU measures the air going in and tried to fuel the engine to the correct ratio. If it can't or the maf fails then it will pull back the engines power to protect it.

on tick over the car reads on a tuning machine spot on its only wen you want to pull away or rev the car up there is nothing on the pedal just like the cable has snapped then all of a sudden it will rev up but very uneven ?

Unplug the Mass Airflow Meter to see if it makes a difference.

These components are known to fail.
