how do i stop that annoying service now beep

my car is due a service and it isnt going to get done till next week. how do i stop that annoying service now beep everytime i turn the ignition on. Its only been doing it since yesterday and its already getting on my berries smashfreakB.gif

It could be worse, you could be low in fuel, low in washer fluid, forgot to put your seatbelt on, below 4 degrees, drove off with the handbrake on and need a service smashfreakB.gif

Suddenly the service beep seems ok 169144-ok.gif

Dont drive it until after the service 169144-ok.gif

With ignition off

Press and hold down the trip reset button at the bottom of the speedometer

Switch on the ignition and release the reset button

Turn the digital clock reset button clockwise and release.

Turn the ignition off

Thats what i found worked anyway

no probs,

The most i had on in my old mk4 gt were : service now , airbag fault and washer fluid.

I remember at the time thinking if it gets below 4-degrees it might blow the dash up LOL
