gkyle
Am thinking of trading my golf R32 in for a 06 cooper s? Had a 52 cooper s for a few months and loved it now thinking of going back? Will miss the V6 but wont miss the fuel consumption!
Ritey
What about the practicality, the golf must be more use-able day to day, or does that not matter?
v6tas
[ QUOTE ] What about the practicality, the golf must be more use-able day to day, or does that not matter? [/ QUOTE ] I am in the fortunate position of owning both cars. I have a MK4 R32 and the wife drives a Mini Cooper S JCW. To be honest the Golf is slightly more practical but if you fold the Mini's seats down (and they fold right flat) then you could start to argue the toss. Put it this way, when we go on holiday to Cornwall we take the Mini and have enough room for all two weeks luggage and we wouldnt get much more in my Golf. Take into consideration the special Mini luggage you can buy then id be hard pushed to choose to be honest
