bazza_g
I just flicked over to watch the BTCC on ITV1 to catch what looked like the TV presenter selecting pole position by spinning a wheel with pictures of the drivers on it? WTF have I missed something?
Belchy
Doesnt sound too good. if they apply this to F1, I wonder how long it will take Alonso to "fix" things in his favour

Sponge
Why are all the cars left hand drive?
CarMad
I think they have a random element to the person that won the first race(So they could be in pole again or 10th), then they turn the finishing order of the top 10 back to front for the second race. Haven't watched it much this season but its something like that I think and it does provide some cracking racing.
jimdiesel
Bazza, the wheel of justice was introduced last year to stop drivers driving tactically in the 2nd race of the day to secure pole for race 3. The previous system had the top 8 reversed for race 3 so the guy finishing in 8th in race 2 had pole for race 3. Afew times they ended up with a slow bycicle race hence the wheel where anyone from 6th to 10th could end up on pole. The reverse grid format is slightly artificial but works well in both BTCC and WTCC.
