Default Aps

Well yet again Ed and the guys shine

Comign down the M40 yesterday, pull off at bicester / brackley and the dash illuminates like a xmas tree. Carried out rudimentary checks at roadside, couldnt see any issues so stopped in APS at Brackley.

Ed immediately had the car on the diagnostics, showed me the faults logged and cleared them off. No waiting around, no appointments 3 weeks into the future - just dealt with in a professional way.

10/10 again for service from APS, perhaps Audi could use some lessons in customer service from here.

hehe.

Yeah, I've been to APS and found them fantastic, Ed explained very coherently what was being done to my car. 10/10 from me too

APS well deserve their Audi Driver service provider of the year awards two years running - fast, helpful, coherent and reasonably priced. They've done all the stuff on the past two TTs including a current remap and Milltek on the 2.0T that is simply superb.

Audi could indeed learn a thing or three from them.

That's the reason I make the 250 mile round trip whenever I want work done to mine!

Funny really, I've only ever set foot in there twice, the first time the technician (Nathan?) was a complete arse and I found Ed a bit cagey, the second time I went in there en spec as I needed a battery for the S2 and I knew it wouldn't start if I turned it off.. they didn't have any batteries (fair enough) but Ed spent a good 10 minutes rooting around upstairs looking for one to sell to me (very bad practice! batteries don't have a long shelf life) and then when I asked for a suggestion on where to go, he didn't know anywhere. Turn out of APS and down to the first junction, and there's a huge tyre and battery place sock in front of me!

I know APS have a good following but it's something I just can't subscribe to.
