I had a mare this weekend with my Bora, trying to sus out when my number plate lights wouldn't work. Turned out to be a broken wire, but before I went hacking the boot to pieces to find it, I pulled and checked every fuse in the fusebox just to be sure one hadn't popped. None were, but of course I created a lot of fault codes which needed to be cleared.
A simple fault scan and a "Erase all DTC's" at the end should have done the trick, but it didn't. So I did another full scan, followed by another "Erase all" and it still didn't do it. So I've had to go through every module myself and erase the DTC's. I just updated to 805.1 this morning and last week I was using 805 and come to think of it I think it did the same on a Caddy van that I was trying to clear the faults on after the battery had been disconnected. Anyone else experiencing the same thing before I fire an email off to Ross-Tech?

Can't say I've seen that before. I'd drop the guys at Ross-Tech an email.
