Anyone used vag-can to try and retrieve their skc code to allow them to recode keys.

No, vagtacho worked for me to pick up the SKC I then used vagcom to recode the keys

Nice, another illegal/pirated K+CAN copy...

When will people understand that if sth. costs a fracture of the original product it can't be real? Current version is 5.3 and the official price list can be found on the following page.

I wasn,t aware that there were original and pirated versions of this product i was only wondering if it works or not.

Also i don,t support "pirate" copies of any product and have full version of vag-com supplied by Ross-Tech !

The one you linked will definitly NOT work on your car, the real/current one might though but I doubt you are willing to spend up to 5000 EUR for it.
