Default Alarm beep on MKV GTI

I have VAG COM and have now tried to get it to make the beep when setting and unsetting the alarm. I have managed to turn off the seatbelt chime, add one touch fully unlocked, autolock when driving and auto-unlock when switching off, so I have a good understanding of the machine. HELP...Anyone got an ideas, it just wont communicate when I try and do this!

Strange, we've had no problems communicating with Mk.5 Convenience modules.
Post up the results from the Gateway Installation list (accessible either via Applications of on the Auto-Scan screen). Then try disconnecting your battery for a while.
