R32 doesn't appear to have Recaro seats as std!

Guys, just seen this , haven't translated, but this shows std GTI seats in the R32 ( look carefully and these are labeled 'R'

Sorry to go OT, but is the 2006 GTI still saddled with "ye olde worlde" CD rom Nav system?

So much for Recaro seats and Xenons for £23k! Can anyone tell if the pic shows an R32 with Xenons or just normal lights?

£23k for a 3 door may well be the price if the spec is exactly the same as the GTi.

picture shows xenons, but who knows, they coul dbe optional!

Don't compare German specs with UK as there totally different for example theres a lot of equipment standard on the GTI in the UK not standard in Germany you cannot guess whats going to be standard in the UK by looking at the .de sites..
Saying that i was told recaro is not standard on the new R32 but that xenons are.

As for SAT NAV on the 2006 GTI yes you can have DVD been an option for a bit now my dealer told me about it he said you just had to ask for it i think they even list it in the new catalogue now.

The DVD is supposedly available as an option for those ordering now but those of us who have 06 MY cars with Satnav still have the CD unit

looking at the configurator, the r32 starts at 8000 Euro more than the gti, allowing for a difference in uk specs, let's call it £4000

and the seats are 1150 euro's for the motorpsort seats
