Due to the site growing at such a rate it has become more and more difficult in the last few weeks to monitor and provide customers with our usual high standard of service. The good news is we will be back before the end of the year with more products, more staff and a larger stock!! Should you have an outstanding order which you would like to query please contact [email protected] and we will get back to you ASAP. Kind Regards The A-A team. Just trying to find out now if my item is going to arrive, or I am going to be refunded... It's a shame, cos I have had a couple of bits from there before and was pleased with the purchases. No item delivered, unless it comes soon (and I've been waiting for it as I don't want to let the dog go in the new car until I have a boot mat). Tsk. Therefore I might still get my item, but he is looking into it. Phew. It has always been a good source of bits for the various A4s I've had so good to hear it is not a permanent thing. It's a brave decision to make to close down a business for a short while, but I think it's probably a sensible move if they can't meet their own expectations w.r.t. customer service. There's far too many online businesses that over-trade and let people down, get complaints and then fold. Depending on how long the order will take will influence the decision. No boot mat = no dog in car = unhappy dog. It's a bit of a bugger, as I was going to order a front armrest in due course.
