Figure11
Lo all, I have a 98 S8 that I have installed LPG to. Part of the reason behind this, apart from the economy, was to be able to remap the petrol side to max performance ending up with LPG for sensible driving and the petrol side for sensible + driving . The have separate ECUs. After a talk with the guys at JKM performance in Portsmouth it seams there really isn’t a good bangs-for-you-buck solution with remapping as they say the engine is already at a high state of tune. So where do I go from here. I don’t want to play with internals and bolt-ons (turbo / Super) as that is 2 expensive . I think I am just left with N2O for short straight line stuff. I would be interested in any thoughts you may have. Mike
wcs_80
Hi There It can be tuned, but as JKM say, you wont get massive gains. Expect gains of +15bhp and we can also remove the speed limiter
