Phil1978
LED's are nice, but play havoc if you have DIS, they keep bringing up a bulb out fault. There is loads about them in this forum, do a basic search.

I guess I will go for the blue Visions again and check out power bulbs! Cheers all
Phil1978
I have found the Phillips BlueVision to be the best replacement colourwise for Xenon.

[/ QUOTE ] We did work out a solution for using LED DRL's on a B7 RS4 - you just need the correct value resistors (which aren't necessarily the ones recommended by the suppliers - you need a "tame" electronics engineer to halp). spikeyboy
can the LED side lights or the philips blue vision be used in a B6 S4 - hate the yellow lights next to the xenon's
Phil1978
I believe the philips blue vision can be used without any probs as they are normal filament type bulbs. But if you use any type of LED bulb you will require a resistor run in parallel to stop the bulb out fault coming up on DIS.

lordlee
I have these http://www.care4car.com/productdisplay/p...enon_bulbs.html They are extremely good and I got a marked improvement over my originals. That is in a new B7 Cab too. They do not have the blue tint that make them look HID in the day but hey it depends what you are after - looks (taste dependent) or proper performance. Highly recommended.
