Has anyone been there before? I am flying to the philipines for my brothers wedding in April, and have thought about a stop over on the way back with my 5 year old daughter.

She is only just over 1m tall (about 1.08cm) so i am a bit dubious about how much she'll get out of going EEK2.GIF

So has anyone got any experiences of HK disney? 169144-ok.gif

I am not sure if you have been to any of the other Disney World/ Land?

Any 5 year old will think they have arrived in another world, she will love it !!!! Some of the more adrenaline type rides she will be to short to go on but it wont detract from the brilliant time you'll have.

Is it open yet?

When i was last in Florida they were training people for the Hong Kong Version.. mind you that was a couple of years ago!

I don't know how much the language would be a problem, but Disney is magic.. it's where we're off this afternoon! 169144-ok.gif

I went to HKG Disney last December. It was REALLY small. The only decent ride was Space Mountain, and all the shows had really annoying Chinese translations interrupting the flow (fair enough really, seeing as it is in China, but annoying nonetheless)!

It also takes an age to get there on the MTR, around an hour or so from HKG island.

I did have a real laugh there though - partially because I was absolutely hammered by the time we got to the park, and partially because I was with one of my best mates, and about 12 stunning girls (also drunk) FIREdevil.gif

Not been to HKD but my parent went a couple of times when they lived there. They said it was so much smaller than the originals with only a few good rides (As Jape says, Space mountain is one of them and also a jungle ride that was quite interesting, but not scary or adrenalin fuelled in any way) Most of it is for younger children, tea cups etc.

Another thing, over the past few years the smog in HK has got really bad!
