bodger00
I have a megs brush that resembles a toilet brush, but every time i use it to get behind the wheels i end up with a face full of brake muck! Not good. Is there a better one on the market that will reach behind and gett all the brake muck off?
davyk31
Just go and buy a dish mop, they work great. One of those ones with the wooden handle and the strands of white whatver it is that makes up the brush bit. Extremely soft and easy to manouvre around to get to all the places behind the wheels and generally about £1 a time.
steelwind101
Hi Bodger, This has been recommended before http://www.motorgeek.co.uk/detail-brush-p-324.html Its like the one you mentioned but with a bit of back blast protection!! I havent used it but i know a few guys said it was good, if not expensive. Geoff
Tarmac_Terrorist
I recently bought a lanbswood wheel brush. I can't remember the make - surprisingly I think it was from a budget brand like Flash or halfrauds. It's actually the best tool I've ever used for the wheels and as you can imagine, very very gentle.
drpellypo
Drop John @ cleanandshiny a message and ask him about wheel brushes. He might be able to sort you!
Mouse
Halfrauds own brand is quite good
bodger00
Thanks guys I suppose the only real way to get them clean is to take them off the car. I will try another brush first mind.
drpellypo
Or try John I've managed to get 10 year old wheels 100% clean without taking them off using these brushes.
