CarMad
That looks pretty good, certainly like it from the back. Fingers crossed it doesn't change too much before it enters production.
Dave
It looks like a A4 with the nose cut off (pic 2)
cabby
Is it me or is the B-pillar a little too ...
RedRobin
Looks very exciting. However, it'll probably succeed or fail based on its showroom price and Audi aren't good at offering cost competitive cars imo. A2 being a prime example. RedRobin
That Citroen looks cheap quality. Audi's are far superior quality.

jettadeluxe
[ QUOTE ] Is it me or is the B-pillar a little too ... [/ QUOTE ] There is no B pillar? I presume you mean the combined and coloured A pillar, roofline and C pillar
stooH
Interesting info in the spy shots but I can't see the similarity to the sketches at all. Either they've changed every body panel and in fact are only really testing the new chassis or the pictures are in fact of a beefed up/next gen polo. winrya
I think the side profile looks similar to that of the new fiat
theduisbergkid
Why go for the agressive face on such a tiddly little car ? It looks plain wrong. I hope it sells better than the A2, which was a great car, interesting design too.

[/ QUOTE ] ....There are quite a few girlies who like an 'aggressive' looking small car too, but some of the marketeers possibly haven't wised up to that. She's Courtney Force (one of John Force's daughters) and yes she does drive this Top Fueller!!

RedRobin
...."Funky" is a great word! The best girls like funky just as much as guys do.
m4ttm4son
Sorry, I didn't mean it was aimed solely at guys, as many women like mean looking cars, however only a few "certain" gents like women-targetted designs. So win-win for Audi here. I think it looks good by the way, How long before the RS1?
Scotty
Mrs Scotty loves it. "It looks like a girly RS4" apparently

[/ QUOTE ] .... Am I the only one who doesn't like the look of the R8!? I saw plenty of them recently at Castle Combe. I hate that side panel except when its colour is a subtle blend with the body colour. And the side view is like a disproportioned stretch TT! I bet they are superb to drive, but.... Mook
They look a damned sight better than that TT that the TT Shop had on their stand, in yellow IIRC, with a few too many R8 lookalike bits of plastic on it. They must have made it soooo much quicker...
