Hi All,

I know this has prob been asked before but, last night at about 00:45am was driving home back from the Chessington Area, There is a gatso along that main road with a limit og 30mph. Having just recieved a speeding fine a few weeks ago I have been extra careful recently so natrually I was doing 25mph (car was set to cruise at this point) through the Camera zone. my car was just at the end of the camera range and on the opposite side a car went screaming past (he must have been doing about 60 or so) and you guessed it the camera behind me went off! so now im totally bricking it that I will be sent the penalty. Does anyone know where I stand on this? I know for a fact that I was doing 25mph and was more or less at the end of the camera range.

any thoughts or ideas are welcomed?

cheers in advance... P confused.gif

Shouldn't be a snowball in hell's chance of hearing anything in relation to this. Cameras can be incredibly jumpy without someone barrelling down the other way a high speed.

Quite a few years ago when I lived in London, the M4/A4 cameras were forever going off at 45 (in 50 zone). Wouldn't imagine they've got much better mad.gif
