RobK
Since I got my LCD TV I have found that the remote controls for my amp and V+ box etc have become a lot less responsive. The one for my amp for example used to work from anywhere in the room, and now I have to be practically standing in front of the box and pointing the remote straight at it. If I turn the TV off it's fine again. Is this a common feature of LCD tellies? I tried turning the backlight right down but it made no difference. craigyb
Yep I think so, plasmas also do this, but I use a Pronto universal remote, it would cut glass at the right frequencies.
