Drillslinger
Make sure it's the seat, and not the seat belt rubbing Just an idea
Gren
Had this last winter. Sounded like it was coming from where the plastic seat base was rubbing against the leather/suede - just by my right leg/ arse cheek. Stopped after a month or so and never came back. Just like the parcel shelf rattle. Never did find out what it was
jonjon
it's checked in for a minor dent* in a couple of weeks so they can look at it then. it's there all the time and seems like it's coming from the rear/middle of the seat, or possibly to do with the raise/lower mechanism. we shall see. *some did this the other day on fcuking purpose at a roundabout. he could have stopped but thought it would be clever to drive very slowly into the side of my car. no witnesses. no joy. i had to keep my girlfriend calm as she almost called him the 'C' word! Scotty
It could the head rest inside the seat. This has happened to a few owners. On mine I swapped the drivers and passengers and the noise went away
