stevenottm
Well...I've gone and done it now. After mulling over a new car for a while I finally plumped for an upgrade(?) to my golf GTI and have ordered an R32. It was one they had already manufactured so should get it in 7-10 days. Looking forward to seeing what it's like living with a DSG gearbox and the sound of a V6.

stevenottm
black 5 door DSG with leather, and sat nav, and apparently the sat nav is a touchscreen one which i don't know much about. better than the old standard one? looking forward to picking it up next week! burble
The touch screen sat nav is pretty good. The nav side of things isn't as good as my TomTom Go 910 but the ability to copy music onto the hard disc and the fact that the nav instructions show up on the DIS make up for it. Good call on getting DSG - it's great
stevenottm
I hope it will be. I worry a bit about the initial take up from standing with the DSG. Seemed a bit jerky. figure i'll get used to it.
