Darren Lines grabbed the nearest thing to snuff out a kitchen fire -- his aunties' panties. He and a cousin were frying bread in Jenny Marsey's kitchen in northeast England, when their meal caught fire. Lines took a pair of his aunt's size XL, powder blue, underwear from a pile of laundry and smothered the flames. Aunt Jenny says it could have been a lot worse, noting her family could be in the hospital. She adds she's grateful to the boys for using her "knickers" to save the day.
