I just thought it was an interesting article. Never really been a fan of clone cars. That's way I tend to undertake engineering exercises that personlise my ride; and there's always room for a few more horses under the bonnet.

I agree to an extent but there must be some cost / performance calculation in there or its a bit of an exercise in futility.

To do a forced induction conversion like that I am guessing you are looking at £10,000+

+ cost of the 4.2 d3 = probably more than a used w12.....

Sorry same power better spec less money.......Speaks for itself. Its an interesting exercise though.

Be interesting to see what the 0 - 60 times are and what if any improvements to the handling.
