paul_tdi
As per the title, I have a Karcher 580 and it has a detergent pipe that can automatically draw detergent. Will this work with snow foam or do you need the special lance to obtain a decent foam? Many thanks! Paul
Rustynuts
Special lance needed. It draws air in with the foam so make it "foam".
wyliss
Ditto. Go for the 'HD' heavy duty version with the one litre bottle. Have a look on ebay for auto rae chem they are normally doing offers were you get the snow foam free

wyliss
No worries Paul. I used mine today for a quick wash mitt less wash. Snow foamed the car first, let it dwell for a bit then blasted it off. Followed up with a touch of Duragloss in the lance and the car looked as if it had been properly washed. A cracking piece of kit nobody on this forum should be without.
steelwind101
If you want the dense foam you need a lance. If you want frothy foam then you can use a product like the Glimour foam guns!
maersk
Or just use a splash in a bucket (or two) for a real lubie 'normal' wash!
