ivor2
I picked up my car from service and oil pump recall from isaac agnew belfast today, initially i thought this is grand -car is back all ok no problems maybe my previous occasions when i had to return to get work completed properly were now a thing of the past.well how wrong . Audi are well known for fit and finish -the technician working on my car doesn't think so. The front bumper has been replaced so badly out of shape, the panel gaps are like a landrover defender! Rant is over they will get a call wednesday, but why can they not just get it right.

ivor2
the service advisor glenn is a top bloke not the usual suit, but the techies are really taking the pith, the screws in the wheel arch lining are missing the thing is sitting at an angle. Every time the car has been in for work it has to go back for making good their sloppy workmanship. has anyone from ni any experience of portadown? but then they were trained at belfast , Audi need to buck up their act with customer service. Where are you from mbhart?
MGquattro
Forrestside direction Booked car in for wheel alignment and whilst there decided to see if they could also change the front disks and pads. Wheel alignment was the priority though. They said there was no problem with doing the brakes also. Left car in at 10.30 for an 11am booking, arrived to collect it at 3.30 to be told their allignment equipment was faulty and if I waited until 5 they would take it to ATS to have it done. The whole point was that I wanted the 4 wheels done properly...so took the car home and went to Hursts instead..... Could they not have told me sooner...... Whats your '20 and what you drive Mike
ivor2
hi mike live just beyond ballyclare heading towards ballymena, on my third avant had denim blue 130 with dealer body kit, aluminium trim etc , then quartz grey 140 for a few months ,changed it after some gentle negotiation -paint was very patchy +shaded agnews of course could see nothing wrong so got paint engineer to look at it., now have lava grey 170 sline , the common denominator is poor service from dealer and repeat visits to get jobs done. It would put me off goin audi next time. Quite a few guys round here go to scotland to buy the cars , cant buy off belfast. We need another dealer to up the game , they have it too easy here. It would have been nice however to have a call from them with an apology for the inconvenience, or perhaps a bunch of flowers for my wife. Simple but yet so difficult.
