cruiser647
What a lovely motor! If I was in the market for an exec, the E 320 would be second on my list if I wasn't impressed with the A6 V6 TDi! Sorry to digress, someone with a CAP/Glass guide will be along soon.
Booster
Glass's has it at £10950 trade and £13,175 retail but expect trade bids of around £10k.

edo
Unless you part ex at a smaller independent, any dealer will at best pass on a trade offer from a dealer they pass cars of this age/mileage to. Far better to advertise the car on here and Pistonheads to get the best value. The fact that your car is a good example in good condiiton will not be taken into account my a dealer of any kind who will give you book trade in. As for the A6 i would prefer it over the merc for driving any day but not the looks though!!
330dcoupe
My dad owns 03 reg E320CDI Advan, which also fully loaded - with 100k on the clock (from new) and we were about to trade it in for the S-Class - but they were only offering 9k-ish as part of the package. He's since decided that he's gonna export it to Pakistan and in the meantime, just wait for the S-Class prices to drop. I love the E-class, it's cruising ability is biblical. garcon magnifique
From the spec that is a lovely car, but I'm afraid you're probably looking at no more than £12k privately, around £11k on a part ex. (although that depends alot on what it's against). Superb cruise mobile for the money. And a FAR better drive than any A6!
theduisbergkid
I love the E-class, it's cruising ability is biblical. Right, I'm off to read the bible cover to cover, and if there's no mention of an E-Class or any other Merc in there, folks are going to know you exaggurate. Back in a mo'
