Mo-S3
I want to get sky in my other lounge but dont want to pay the extra £10 for just an extra card plus subscription charges. what if: i reuest a new install but say im a tenant at that house and obviously require my own sky in my room. or even buy my own gear and have it switched on. Could i just add flat A on the address. would it work? thanks
CarMad
No idea if it would work, but you could do the simple thing of putting a cable from the main box to the other room and using a sky eye. Only thing is you watch the same thing on both TV's if you need to watch sky in both.
Luke
Just pay a tenner a month more, you then get two set ups that give you a different sky system rather than the same. No charge for the card, pay for the box and fitting is usually free. If you dont mind having the same programme in the other room try this:Ferguson Wireless Video AV Sender Receiver model AV3030 on eBay, also, Wireless Video Transmitters, DVD Home Cinema, Consumer Electronics (end time 28-May-08 21:52:48 BST) I've got one from my basement to the kitchen and it works a treat, all the sky+ features work too
Jon
Also think if you want 2 dishes on the property you need planning permission.
bpsmith
A Quad LNB sorts that out though.

colinc
How can it be more cost effective to take out a totally new subscription when Sky Multiroom duplicates your main subscription on an additional box for just 10 quid? Or have I missed the point here?
