HI Seven,

Your statements regarding sonax interior cleaner seems to false or might be you misunderstood the cause of damages, I saw your car seat and a pillar pics what I found over there, your interior damages is apparently giving the perception that you might have used the hard brush on your seat and a pillar too that’s why the fibers had come out because your seat cover material is quite soft, you problem can be done by using only cloth. I never heard and had any complain in sonax products range, brand only can be brand by its quality and credibility, before applying any branded products it is very important to read the proper instructions.

Also before giving any statements it is important to understand the cause of damages, that’s what ethics says about...

i strongly recommend you to apply once more and then give your comments again

So you dont think that the Sonax product applied by a director of Sonax according to Sonax instructions was a good enough test of the product? I dont think Sven has said anything against the rest of the Sonax range that you love so much, just the combination of the alcantara cleaner and the Audi S8 alcantara interior. Others can make their own judgement on whether they use the product or not.

Do I think Sven should try it again with his newly refurbished interior, errrr no.

I agree with Botang, there may be other factors that are be involved; perhaps it was a bad batch of products? He hasn't slated the entire range. But I know one thing I've been following Sven's posts on this forum for around 4.5 years (Botang even longer)and I've never known him to be place baseless accusations. He's well respected member of this forum. As for using a brush? This is a fella who uses touch less wash techniques on his paint work to avoid inflicting swirl marks on his immaculate S8! So what makes you think he would use a brush on his seats?

Whilst you (autoline) may have had favorable results with particular product it's not necessary that every one else does too.

I've seen a lot of nice European cars in Lahore from mercs to BM's but have yet to see an S8 and trust me I was looking hard.
