You can't get hold of them directly through iTunes unless they're on the subscribe page - this is a really sh*t feature IMO.

Can you get the podcast via the web site of whoever the broadcaster is? They're sometimes saved as MP3s but you can just download them and then drag and drop them onto iTunes and it'll do whatever it needs to do to stick it in the right place.

Yup just looked at a few in the Podcast directory and some only have the latest but some do have the full catalog, depends on the publisher. Out of ten cats for example has all the shows but Chris Moyles only has the latest +++
