Mook
IIRC, details on this plate have been posted up before. Cost around £2K after the VAT and auction fees when it was bought from the DVLA? Sorry, but I think that's waaaay too much Hope you get some of your money back.
19301930
Hi, You may think it is to much but i did not!!! only get wot you pay for!!! Cheers
Mook
I completely get that mate - but a plate is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it when it's being sold. You got the value of spending that much money on it, which is great, but I think you'll struggle to get rid of it without making a loss, hopefully not too much of a loss. What was the max bid last time you had it up on eBay? That'll give you an indicator within 10% as to what the max is you're likely to get, especially as people are pulling in the reins now that luxuries aren't top of people's priority lists. Cheers Jimmy, don't bother with reg transfers mate - waste of space. All they do is add your plate to their huge database and they don't make any effort to sell it for you. You can pay all kinds of extras to advertise it if you want, but, IMO, that's a waste of space. Stick it on eBay and add a good description and also put VW, Golf, R32, GTI and other key words in the sub-title
