Mook
Tipex, I think they know about that SD1 - did you stick in the ad that it was bought for Scumball and hasn't run for 2 years... Paul, it doesn't start until 7pm tonight (6th Nov), hence why you won't be able to see it yet
Soapsuds
nnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooo you cant sell the SD1!!! Its a legend.... sort of.
Tipex
No, I put in the ad that it's mint condition and very very fast, but that it's run out of petrol and the battery is flat or something, so it will have to be trailered home. As rich says, you probably wont be able to see the auction till it goes live leter on tonight.
Tipex
nnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooo you cant sell the SD1!!! Its a legend.... sort of. I know, but I just cant envisage ever having the time to sort it out, I think it deserves a home with someone who knows what they are doing too. I'll be truly gutted to see it go though. shark_90
I must say, it is quite impressive that it has reached "legend" status without turning a wheel!
Rustynuts
Is the Berlingo for sale? If so, I hope the locks and ignition are sound, and can you deliver at night?
Soapsuds
John - does the Rover float on water..... they are the non-low profile tyres i have seen in a while......
Mook
Class comment: "As per ebays rules I absolutely positively would not be interested in swapping or px'ing it for either something interesting (thats already road legal) or a cheap runaround for the mrs, as that would be incredibly naughty, and I'm not a naughty boy, oh no, not at all..." I've got evidence that proves your comment about not being "a naughty boy, oh no, not at all..." might be stretching the truth ever so slightly sh*t-loads! Tipex
Those tyres make for a lovely ride! nice and bouncy! Never got to fit the 17's sitting in my parents garage, I reckon they would transform it. Regarding the berlingo, as I mentioned, it would probaby have to be delivered with broken door locks and ignition, and an Irate Italian chasing me down the road!
