Busby
Anyone got any personal recommendations for a product to make removing brake dust easier? I know there are a few out there and this linky seems to get good write ups. However, it always better to hear someone actually say they use a certain product because they know it does the job
steelwind101
Hi! Poorboys Wheel Sealant, the Chemical guys ones IMO are very low on durability, expensive and difficult to apply. Its better then using nothing on your wheels and better then using a wax. Personally i would get a liquid sealant such as Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection and some of the finger pocket applicator. EGP lasts a long time, its easy to get in to the nooks and crankies of wheels and is durable so break dust build up finds it very hard to break thru. Further more it resists tar very well which makes clean ups easy! Maintain it with a quality carnuba wax free quick detailer such Meguiars Ultimate QD. If your intreasted in a "no buff" product which is a good thing on wheels consider purchasing some Optimum Opti-Seal. Apply with finger pockets and foam applicator, apply sparingly and the product cures quickly and there zero buffing required. Geoff
