MarkReading Posted February 3, 2004 Report Share Posted February 3, 2004 Have to admit I was a little bit worried about having my car serviced by a dealer but am very pleased with the great service. It's the cars 1st service at 14500miles on a variable interval. My car was dropped off last night, had a courtesy car for today and my 4Mo was ready and waiting when I arrived at 3pm. Nice and clean inside and out and a perfect service too [^] Will certainly go there again next time it needs anything and hopefully, the good service will continue..... Timothy Green was associated with Aston Green, but the VW side was bought by the guy who owns Ridgeway Audi/VW in Newbury. I've been using Ridgeway Audi since 2000. MarkReading Posted February 3, 2004 Author Report Share Posted February 3, 2004 Yes, they did seem to do this service very well and certain people working there do know me since buying the 4Mo as I'm always in there looking at new parts for the car too. I do have the SMT plan as well to cover all costs so it was very nice to just walk in, collect the keys, check the car over and drive off without having to pay anything even though I know I pay that every month.
