Not based on the research I did today, spec is great- but the 2nd hand market on a 3.6 year old 123d has been a tad unkind.

I wish you well, but I'd be gob smacked if you sell within -5% of asking price.

Chris, prices do seem a bit all over the place, but I have priced based on spec, warranty, recent service, condition, etc. The cheaper ones tend to be higher miles and lacking options. +++

You still haven't put the year in your ad? Not sure where yours would end up when you arrange the ads in 'year' order like most people do when searching. Shame Pistonheads hasn't broken down the 1 series into the different bodyshells - there are over 1000 ads!
