NewNiceMrMe
You can buy them used for a very good price. I drove one not that long ago and they sound better than almost anything else on the road. Servicing prices can be scary though and the rate they get through clutches is frankly astonishing. I looked at a used one with 11,500 miles on the clock - and it'd had 2 clutches!!!!
malagus
A couple of the security specialists at work have had them - one GT and one GCabrio if memory serves. Sound great, look just as good and are lovely to be in. The cost however is, as MrMe suggests, astronomical. Clutches are considered a consumable, no word of a lie. The guy with the cabrio had it written of by a corsa that jumped a light. deeply unhappy bunny.

patently
JonC - that's a big sofa... Malagus - Ooops! MrMe - Yes, I know, Masers depreciate horrifically, a s/h one would be so much more sensible, but... just look at it!
JonC
JonC - that's a big sofa... It's some car Among the local exotica of Lambos, Ferraris, Porsches etc around these parts, the few Maseratis stand out beautifully and for all the right reasons. Mook
@MrMe - re the clutches - that's because it's a Ferrari drivetrain underneath. TBH, the ability for Ferrari to sell their cars at the prices they do and everything wears out at a ludicrous rate of knots has never failed to amaze me. Weird how you don't get similar problems with Porsches, or, if you do, they're covered by their warranty, which you can renew until the car is 8 years old. Andrew
They sure are lovely looking things and after I followed one the other week I checked out used prices. Holy moly, they are cheap, about £45k or so which isn't much for one of them surely.
