I'm a bit obsessive, as you may have guessed, and I've been in training for Total Warrior for three months now.

Physio has got some stupidly expensive body fat scales - stand on the metal pads and hold two sensors as well. The ones you can buy that just have you standing on pads only pass current up one leg and down the other and then the software makes assumptions.

Tanita BC-545 body fat scales is what I've been recommended to buy if I get myself a set. Not too cheap though...

Great to hear you're having to get your clothes adjusted - made smaller I presume :P

I don't need to worry about BMI & stuff.

I'm just heavy enough not to need any ballast for the Academy, and just short enough to actually fit in [what's left of] the car. Therefore I must be perfect. :grin:

That does sound the right size, though would it not be handy to put some ballast in the front to stop that pesky over steer? :P
