RNS-E retrofit service Audi A3 2009

Hi,

I have brought an Audi A3 and in the process of buying a RNS-E sat nav for my car and would require assistance in the programming and abit on advise on weather i need to change any pins around.

i can install the stereo myself but need the following answered before i can.

1. will i need a attenna adaptor of some sort as i've read there are reception issues.

2. will i need to change any pins around or is it simple plug and play

3. what price am i looking at for assistance in programming / positioning gps dongle.

i have a concert stereo at moment, see attached picture

i am based in nw london, kingsbury area, can travel to someone not too far....
