craigyb
Do you have a multi function steering wheel with controls such as MODE etc. Ipod interface is no problem, but BT without the wheel controls would have to be a Parrot kit or something similar. magic123
i dont unfortunately just have a HTC and used to have BT in prev car n would be nice to integrate it without having e.g. a parrot in the car, missing my USB port/aux port too
craigyb
OK, I can fit a parrot kit and AUX port for you, follow the link to my website.
magic123
didnt want a parrot but thankyou, wanted something that doesnt show if that makes sense like built in, how do u do the aux port?
craigyb
You will struggle to get bluetooth that isn't on show without something to control it such as a nav unit or a mfsw.
craigyb
if you have cruise control then it would be possible to fit a mfsw cheaply. I think i found one for £75 on ebay and used my existing airbag, just needed a £20 harness and fitting.
magic123
nope havnt got them arggghhh what about the bluetooth module for them? sorry ICE isnt my strong point, also do u know what formats the cd player can play?
craigyb
Problem with fitting BT is you need something to control it and if you dont have something fixed to the dash or a MFSW then it is illegal. You could fix a cradle to the dash to hold your phone and then you can have the Audi BT kit fitted, as long as you dont pick the phone up from the cradle then it is hands free according to the law. You can push the answer button on our phone to receive calls. The CD player unfortunatley only plays Audio CD's, it does not have MP3 support.
