cruiser647
Bad news on that geezer. I use a place called Murray's in Hatfield. They have a shop and are VAG specialists. They also sell on eBay. I cannot praise these bods enough. They are great. Best to fit them yourself and also find a local VAG specialist for servicing etc. You really don't want tw4t boy at the wheel of your car again. cruiser647
Murray's parts shop is only in Hatfield - not too far from you. I also use a place in Welwyn Garden City called Mark Tempest for all servicing.

Scotty
Is this Stansted Audi ? I've always found them good. You should report it regardless.
ronk
NOT impressed with main dealership audi! Write to the Dealer Principal - spell it out as you've done here! Like you,I wouldnt be happy if my car was ragged about - especially when they are charging £110 an hour for the privilege of doing so!
