craigyb
Am I missing something here, not that I would be interested in buying a car called "Adam" or even "Adam Glam", but Vauxhall are touting this as the car with a million choices. I've just been on the Vaxhall website and it just looks like a small family car with about 5 engine choices and a several colours and 3 trim levels, how do they get a million out of that? CarMad
Lots of different colours, engines, wheels and options. It looks like they are going after a cheaper Mini market where you can customise the car to the N'th degree thus why if you look at every single combination possible it could end up being a million I guess. cruiser647
I hope it does well. I also hope they keep to just 1 shape...................
garcon magnifique
The Vauxhall Adam. For people who need to take their shoes and socks off to count above 20. It's a prize winning car though.... The prize being most ridiculous name since the Nissan Cedric.
eldavo69
I've been in a Nissan Cedric - don't fancy riding in an Adam. I'm not Luke ya know!
jimdiesel
It doesnt take too many options to get the combinations and permutations up to very high levels. There are over a million variants of Transit van for example.
eldavo69
There's at least 3 different redtops to have stuffed between the dashboard and windscreen, they could be on the passenger's side or driver's side, could be folded with the back or front page showing - that's 12 permutations right there! cruiser647
Think of the permutations (and mutations) of the Pug/Cit/Toyota Aygo thingy!!! And I am bored of seeing them and could do with seeing a new vehicle on the roads!
craigyb
So you could say a million choices about any car really, just by varying one option you can double the amount of choice, so besides the crap name what's new?
m4ttm4son
I think they look alright. The FIAT 500 has a whole raft of different customisation choices. It's what that segment of the market is after. Agree about the name though.

shao_khan
the name is naff. For a small 'city' car its actually pretty good though, I've been in a 1.2 70hp and 1.4 100 hp and both were pretty nippy, the 100hp version was actually quite good fun, handled well enough around the roundabouts and for a 'cheap' car didn't feel too bad and would I consider one against an Audi A1? Yes, because with an Audi cant have a S-line with the sticker pack, but with the Vauxhall I can have pretty much what I want, so for a small fun runabout I'll take the having what I want option please.
