You can read all about it and other mindless dross here - BBC Sport - Lewis Hamilton column: Training, his pet dog & car upgrades . I particularly enjoyed the comment from SirAdamofWarburton: "Then I went to the shops, then I took the dog for a walk, then I went for a swim, then I saw my friends, then I had my tea."
