Having not ordered premium bluetooth due to my employer's paranoia about using hands free kits, I now find that it appears to be a software activation only, rather than extra hardware. Has anyone played about with this kind of stuff on modern BMWs? I did find a local firm who say they can do it... but then they appeared on the Welsh edition of Watchdog (The Ferret. It's as shit as it sounds) for ripping off employees with dodgy apprentice schemes, then closing and re-opening the company under a different name when they came demanding wages owed.
