cruiser647
blimey! Even £58K is (relatively) cheap in the first place - unless it has no options? Still too expensive for me though.
Andy_Bangle
A 36% discount must take care of the depreciation ... for 6 months A lot of car for the money. Edited June 16, 2014 by Andy_Bangle
NewNiceMrMe
I'd say that is a quite stunning price for a very capable car. Not as good as the S Class or the 7 series in my opinion, but then again they're not being offered at £37,500....
cruiser647
I am sure at some stage I'll have one.
patently
A 36% discount must take care of the depreciation ... for 6 months But it won't, though, will it? If this gets out then the depreciation curve will just start from £37,500 instead of £58,800? What will happen is that everyone who didn't get this deal will be shafted. NewNiceMrMe
Yup. You win if you buy an A8 at this price and then keep it 6-10 years. If you get rid sooner, you're as fecked as a fecked thing in a feckfest.
patently
Quite fecked, then?
NewNiceMrMe
Whatever gave you that idea? I quite fancy a 730d or an S-Class next time around. I may stick with a 5 series, but the more I glide along, the more I want to glide along in something more glide along-ish.
Luke
Get a glider, you'd miss the traffic.
NewNiceMrMe
Good point. Landing it at a clients in Westminster might prove problematic though....
