It's had recent N-spec tyres, just been serviced along with a replacement roof motor and coil packs. Serviced and inspected/borescoped by Hartech with a clean bill of health. Nice spec car with PCM, sports chronic, etc. My uncle has owned the car for the last 3 1/2 years and has had it detailed by a GTechniq approved detailer and cared for very well since.
