algreer
Hi. A couple of queries from N. Ireland. I will be needing 2 new front tyres for my R32 soon. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I should replace them with. I find the standard Michelins a bit too hard ridewise. Are Pirelli's or Goodyears any better. Does the Blueflame exhaust offer any improvement in performance or should I disable the flapper and why. Any replies welcome.
FiftyPence
i dont know about tyres but there is a post about which to go for so take a look around. i have a Milltek exhaust personally and opted for the unsilenced version which i think is brill. I cant comment on the Blueflame though
R32North
Blueflame is really good, as I have one, nice sound, smoother noise. Offers more performance and no boom that you get with stock. Heres a pic of me left pipe!!
JasT
Is there a silenced/unsilenced option on the Blueflame?

R32North
As far as I know anyway. I was advised by Nige at BF that they could do a straight thru section if required. That was when I bought mine, as it wasn't made at that point but was on the cards!

lenny
Hi Alastair. Your from my part of the world! What spec is your 32??? I have a miltek fitted. The difference is amazing. The exhaust note is so much better. Performance wise you will get a few extra hp.. Do you have the 6463 software upgrade yet? Most people are gaining 10+hp from it... Great to have another local on the forum.
algreer
Hi Lenny. Mines bog standard so far apart from a towbar. Just thought I would find out what was worthwhile fitting at a sensible price. The R32 is fast enough to attract too much attention from the boys in blue. Had to speak to them 3 times in 6 months already. Oops.
Rachel
Alastair - can you pop a shot up of the towbar you have fitted?
Calm Chris
Alastair- Go on post a picture, I did ask you about this several weeks ago. Since your tow bar is, seemingly unique and since the bar had to be cut off the rear lower bumper to fit it, it would be interesting to see the results. Go on, borrow a mates Camera!
