Snail
Saw my first Maybach in th flesh today. It was a black version, with tinted rear windows, and a chauffeur. Must say, its god damn ugly, just looks like a stretched deawoo or something.
xspencex
Yeh its not the best looking car is it...I'll bet its nice to sit in...But why make it so boaring...At the price Mercdes asks for it they should have made it a bit more desirable looking.. Saw one in Sunderland about this time last year and thought an old S-Class was driving towards me... Not a fan...
Snail
I live near a RR factory, so see them all the time, and they looks soooo much better than a maybach, id have one every time!
Woppum
They are 2 very different cars. I have been over them several times and I don’t want to bore anyone, but at the end of the day, the Maybach is a tool, the best possible tool at that, you get from A to B in the fastest and most comfortable way, and you can do your e-mails, watch a dvd, receive a fax while doing it. The Rolls costs about 100k less (Maybach needs options!) and is more fun to drive, and is an event to go out in. Believe this or not alot of Maybach owners have the Rolls as well, the Rolls they may drive themselves, whereas the Maybach is mostly to be driven in. There are pics in my gallery, link is in my sig. P.S The maybach can look very nice in 2 tone, I think (57), the rolls is every so slightly in your face. I choose Maybach

Woppum
I saw that Bently at Jack Barclays. It was 400k, left hand drive, the front leather was a differant colour to the rear, and was crap in the back. A Bently may look good but inside a 50k cheaper S-class wins hands down, you might just as well spend an extra 150k and get the

xspencex
Or I'd buy an SL 65 and hire an attractive secretary to sit next to me and take calls, notes and receive faxes etc..
