UBM
Most car shops should sell some alcantra cleaner - ranges like auto glym or supagard?
Huss
Warm water and the slighest (and I mean the slighest) amount of fairy liquid. Comes up a treat..... I used a purpose cleaner on my last A8 which had a cream alcantara interior and it never ever looked the same again (its glossy coat disappeared and seemed to attract more dirt than ever) ....perhaps it was protected at birth with some equivalent to scotchguard?? BTW don't forget to protect the leather as well. AirCon is a real destroyer of the natural oils (low humidity) so well worth doing at the same time. I use autoglym leather protector for that and it is very easy to apply.
GCab
May also be worth trying some interiors/furniture specialists, since I noticed (sofa shopping recently) that they're starting to use alcantara for domestic chairs now as well as in cars. Otherwise you may be able to buy some stuff over the web, there's a couple of professional or semi-professional cleaning guys on the TSN Cleaning forum who may be able to help with advice or even perhaps sell it to you direct. Good luck
