Markallain
I've added some photos of the R32 and the MKV GTI next to each other in my Gallery for those who want to take a look. http://www.tyresmoke.net/gallery/albur83
N3WOB
Thanks Mark Had my first close look at the car yesterday at AMD and have to say it's growing on me. As I walked around, there were lines & styling accents which I liked and it got me thinking that the R version may end up being much better than I had thought. They had swapped the 19" sportecs from their R32 which gave the car quite a bit more prescence and if I were going to buy one for myself, I would definately look at getting a different & bigger set of wheels
Si_GTi
I agree, the Mk5 Golf GTI looks superb in the metal, much better than in magazine/newspaper/internet pictures - cracking drive too Can't wait to see the factory R34 when it's released (as opposed to the photoshops circulating atm) and wouldn't mind having a spin in that too, even if I can't afford it! N3WOB
We're still hoping that the alledged output reported turns out to be bullshit, and VW are playing a mastercard of PR understatement. Figures have got to start with a '3'!!
