Ari
Audi used that colour almost exclusively in their brochure for the Cabriolet so they must think it is one of the best colours. A lot of their promotional photos were of the car in that colour too I seem to recall.
Chav
cosmic yellow does look good in the sun. i think the sales brochure was aimed at footballers wives types though. it has the cool night club shot, the road in the desert shot, and a carpark shot with a rather attractive honey if i recall correctly

Chav
[ QUOTE ] any important things i need to know about my new baby? [/ QUOTE ] theres a button in the middle that makes the roof retract. some members havent found it yet tho! the wind deflector can be left in place all the time (unless you have rear passengers), and having the top bit folded down stops some of the draft but not all, so its like a "medium chill reduction setting".... useful for spring mornings that arent quite warm enough to take it off completely the wind deflector also acts as a dimming rear view mirror if you have it up with the roof up or down at night
Ari
Just that it is genuinely one of the nicest cars on the road. Not the fastest or flashest, but without doubt one of the nicest. I'm not saying that because I've got one. I've got one because I think that.

MrAvant
Now this maybe a silly question( but i am new), What is an ISOFIX?
bearra
Hi Cosmic, it's for connecting baby/child seats - 'standard connection'
Ari
It is a system for securing baby seats firmly. Basically small metal loops at the base of the backrest. You don't see them, but it means you can "plug in" an Isofix baby seat. Cabrio has them on the two back seats and front passenger seat.
MrAvant
Excellent. I really wanted to get the rear parking sensors, How much would Audi charge to do this?
bearra
They aren't colour keyed if you have them installed post manufacture unless you get them sprayed up. I personally couldn't be without, guess the dealer will charge somewhere £300 - £

bearra
I wanted the front sensors when I ordered but they weren't available even though they were on all the promotional photos. 3/4 weeks later they were available. Would be interested to know how much to have the front ones post delivery? Guess quite a bit as there is a button to go on the dash to activate them. MrAvant
Just spoke to the dealer and they have quoted £350 + VAT. Too rich for my blood.
